Nature of our services
Custom Made Business Setup provides company formation and corporate services support. We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice, a bank, or a government authority. Nothing on this website or communicated by us constitutes legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
No guarantee of approval
Trade licence issuance, residence visa approval and corporate bank account approval are decided solely by the relevant UAE government authority or financial institution. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome.
Pricing and estimates
Prices displayed on this website, including any figure produced by the cost calculator, are indicative estimates only and do not constitute a quotation or an offer. Actual cost depends on your business activity, chosen jurisdiction, shareholder profile and government fees at the time of filing. A written quotation is issued before any engagement.
How we are paid
Our written quotation is a single all-inclusive price for the work described in it. That price includes our service fee and margin. We may also receive commissions, referral fees, incentives or other payments from free zones, government service channels, and third-party providers we work with or introduce you to. These payments do not increase the price you pay us, and they do not change the recommendation we give you.
Introductions to third parties
Where we introduce you to a third-party provider, such as a bank, insurer, real estate agent, mortgage broker, school placement consultant or any other service provider, we act as an introducer only. We do not advise on, recommend between, or arrange the products of those providers. Your engagement is directly with the provider under their terms. We may receive a fee from providers we introduce you to, and where we manage an introduction on your behalf a concierge fee may also apply, which is always agreed with you in advance.
Fee changes by authorities
Government and authority fees are subject to change without notice by the issuing authority. A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
